Warranty Administrator

Salary : To be confirmed based on experience.

Hours : Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30pm, alternate Saturday mornings

Location : Easter Queenslie, Glasgow

The successful applicant should have previous experience as a Motor Trade Warranty Administrator.  You will require excellent administration skills and the ability to work both independently and within our admin team. This role will require a significant amount of attention to detail and organisational skills along with the technical ability to fully understand the vehicles.

Ideally you will have experience either as a warranty administrator or have worked in a Motor Trade environment either bodywork or mechanical.

You will be responsible for submitting Motorhome Warranty Claims which can relate to the various commodities of a Motorhome including the habitation area and bodywork.

You will submit and reconcile all claims to the manufacturers via their systems and ensure our Autoflow management system is aligned.  Liaising with accounts on the completion of claims.

 

Training will be given on all systems.
